Why petrol price is HIGH in INDIA (2021)?

Petroleum is the lead energy source in India.

We don’t know the price of petrol/diesel every day it changes from one to another day. Today’s price will not be tomorrow and tomorrow’s price will not be day after tomorrow. Like this from starting of the year 2021 to till now there is almost 20 times increase of petrol price.

But actually, what is the petrol price in that “how much did state tax, central government tax, dealer commission, transportation tax and finally how much did USER pays for petrol”

When you notice that in earlier days if the petrol price is increased by 1₹ ll the communist parties do strikes, many movements, bunds. These are all are done when the petrol price is 74₹. Actually Indian PRIME MINISTER narendra modi says that “I will link directly international market rates to nations users, then is there is any decrease of petrol price in international market then there should be decrease of fuel prices in our country in the same way if there is any increase of petrol price in international market then there should be increase of fuel prices in our nation but there is no such changes in fuel rates.

Lets have deep look on “how much did actual petrol price and how much did transportation tax and central government tax, state government tax and many other tax involved in the petrol till it reaches the common man.

*Below calculations are calculated in one liter petrol price in INDIA*

Ø Actual petrol price ------------------------------------- 31.90

Ø  Transportation to india -----------------------------    0.28

Ø  Narendra modi price --------------------------------- 32.90

      (central government tax)

Here the base price is 31.28 ₹ but our central government tax is more that the base price

Ø  Petrol bunk dealers commissions ------------------- 3.69 ₹

(Now the petrol price to state government is – 68.68)

Ø  State government tax (VAT) ------------------------- 21.29₹

VAT: value added tax means if there is increase of actual petrol price then there is there Is increase of VAT tax, if modi sir increases the central government tax then there is increase of VAT tax, increase of transportation price then also increase of VAT tax.

If there is increasing of VAT tax then there should be profit to state government

            In addition to that 68.68 & 21.29

Ø  Extra state government tax ---------------------------  4.00₹

Ø  Road tax ---------------------------------------------------  1.00₹

why Road tax: this is filled in the vehicles then vehicles will run on road so that roads will damage, to repair that roads the tax is 1₹

Finally customers petrol price ------------------------ 94.98₹
